The Senior Leader Team and the Cultural Council invited some of our older children to a ‘crafter noon’ today, held in the school’s Mana Wahine building.  The activity was part of the school’s annual themed ‘Cultural Week’.

Rangi Ruru Girls’ School, Head Girl – Meg Dutton, came over to collect a small group of our older children.  We ventured across; all excited to see what was going on.

To our surprise the downstairs of Mana Wahine was full of laughter and messy art supplies – just like preschool!

The children engaged in making some pet rocks, with big girls helping –  most of them seemed to come back with a monster or a ladybird.
