Rangi Ruru Preschool have been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for our efforts in developing our edible playground/gardens. On Wednesday night Linda and Jo attended the Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood Community Board, Community Pride Garden Awards. The Preschool had special billing in the ceremony and were presented with a framed certificate acknowledging the children and teachers efforts.
What a fantastic acknowledgement of the hours of love and care the tamariki and teachers have put into establishing, maintaining and harvesting from our edible gardens.
